We’re committed to supporting local farmers and artisans by sourcing ingredients locally. This not only brings farm-fresh flavor to every dish but also helps reduce our carbon footprint. Inside our kitchen, we prioritize waste reduction with a zero-waste approach—composting food scraps and repurposing materials wherever possible.

Our recycling practices include all cardboard, glass, and aluminum materials, keeping unnecessary waste out of landfills. For our take-out packaging, we choose fully biodegradable options, including compostable hard straws. Additionally, all used cooking oil is responsibly recycled.

Blue Bird Inn's interiors are thoughtfully designed with reclaimed antiques and energy-efficient lighting. In the men’s restroom, our waterless receptacles help us conserve even more resources.
